Ignition coil test help was created by bryn
Can anyone help please with how I test my ignition coils please. I have a 2011 jimny which had the ignition coils changed about 3 years ago with genuine Suzuki parts and now Im getting the same old misfires which usually mean the ignition coils are going. Not wishing to buy another set for eye watering amounts of money I would like to test them.
Thanks

PS Anyone bought some cheaper ones off ebay and can vouch for them
thanks

I got one off eBay at around 40 euro and if it is still on my cars it sure work fine. However I have swapped them around between cars so not sure where it is now, on my jimny or the Swift. Also one if them is from a 99 baleno.
Edit : just recently a Friend bought Hella Coils off some euro car part store at around 70 euro.
Hella sounds like quality at least, work fine too.
