G13BB Water Inlet Hose Replacement

I'm replacing the old coolant hoses on my 1998 Suzuki Jimny Wide (JDM 1.3 G13BB). Upper and lower rad hoses are done, but I figured I'd replace the "water inlet hose" while the coolant is drained. I cannot figure a good way to access the hose clamps (the spring kind) and get a good grip on this hose. The hose has the OEM part number 1785281A00 and is highlighted in green.

I can't imagine I'd need to pull the intake manifold off to access it. Any tips, or am I just in for more Jimny Gymnastics contorting myself to reach? :)

Do a Google search for "flexible hose clamp pliers".

I did get a set, and they allowed me to get the top hose clamp off. The lower one is turned so the part you squeeze is facing the block. I may just use a Dremel and cut the darn clamp off and go get new ones that screw on. The lower is impossible!
