4" lift kit. was created by siggibl
Hello
I have a Suzuki jimny 2019 with a 4" lift kit from jimnybits. Am running on a 33" tiers.
After the upgrade I hear a ratteling sound in 4x4 mode when I drop the throttle on a 60 km.
Dos any body know that that is, in 2x4 I dont hear any sound.

best regards
siggi

My immediate question would be did you buy and fit the complete kit with the cross member relocation so as to give clearance for the front propshaft?

Is that 60Km/hr on tarmac?

Jimnybits seem to do more than one 4” lift kit, could you let us know which one, what it included and who installed it?

Hello
Thanks for reply
This is the kit that I did buy 4" / 100mm Suzuki Jimny Black Raptor Premium Full Suspension Lift Kit - 2019 On

www.jimnybits.com/4-100mm-suzuki-jimny-b...ift-kit-2019-on.html
I did install this on a manual transmission car. The only thing that comes to mind is the chane in the transfer box
I will open it next week to install lower gears into it.

The chain is driving all the time regardless of 4x2 or 4x4 or 4x4 low so I would expect if it were the chain it would be constant. It could be a drive shaft joint on it's way out?

Hello
No the drive shaft is not all the way out, I did put 2.5 cm spacer on the drive shaft in the front.
So it should be ok,
This did come with the kit.

best regards
