Torqit exhaust rubber mount split was created by gareth@techrightit.com.au
Hi,
We have a 3 door JB74 and the torqit exhaust, the rubber moust at the very back has split where it connects to teh car and come loose, this make it rattle a bit when idle at lights etc. does anyone know if you can get these generic somewhere local or would I need to go to torqit and get an "official" one ?

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

Take it off and go to a motor factor and see if they can match it. It won't be made by torqit.
3 hole mounting rubbers aren't very common, (Jaguar use them over here) if the motor factor doesn't have one you might need to go somewhere that sells exhausts, or photograph it and try an image search or search for 3 hole exhaust hanger, 3 hole exhaust rubber, 3 hole exhaust mounting etc.
It might be easier to contact Torqit and enquire about a replacement if they are not too expensive.

I would be interested on your views of the Torqitt exhaust?

The exhaust sounds great, im not really sure about these rubber mounts. They seema little weak the oem ones are mich thicker but softer. Im not sure i would go torwit again, i may spend a little more and get something a bit higher grade. But it seems decent.
We got the torqit aiirbox also. And about a year ago i contacted them to orser headers as i wanted to get the car tuned and wanted the headers first. They sold me AVO ones that didnt fit their exhaust system even closly. After nearly a year of emailing back and forth i notice they released their own headers for tgis system. A well worded email and they took back the ones they sold me and sent the torqit ones at no cost(AVO ones were slightly cheaper and they prepaid the delivery back to them)
So good result in the end vut jeez it took a while
