I always fit the Towtrust TS586. It's a flange type, which I find more useful as they are universal. They can be fitted quickly and without removing the bumper, and I've had no issues towing 1,300kg loads regularly for my work.
However you will need a spacer if you want it to protrude beyond the spare wheel for a bike rack, and at that point a fixed tow bar becomes quite prominent. I'd suggest a removable type is a better option in this instance. There are some really long ones available that will give the clearance you need, with the advantage that they can be removed so they aren't a trip/shin hazard the rest of the time.

Not only that but I'm not seeing any mention of it being type approved which will become a problem in the event of a collision.
