hard to know which one is a good tech in this... ac tech you have all around, but some will only mess it out... maybe it is just the compressor which is not original so...

I'm not a lover of "quick fixes", they inevitably create other issues that need fixing down the track.
A compressor that is too small for the system will be unable to circulate enough refrigerant, which in turn will be unable to transfer the heat energy out of the vehicle.
I'm not saying your compressor is too small, in fact the only reason I mention this is because you say it's not the original.
I learned the hard way, I literally paid to learn, and I will not fit used or "substitute" air conditioner parts, if it's not new and of the correct specification I don't want it.
