Not constantly no. It kicks in and out around every 30 seconds when idling depending on the conditions.

Is there a way to put it on running every time the engine is on? Because it starts only at 3,000 rpms more or less, and I live in a very hot area, 26 degrees is the minimum here, and under the sun, the AC is almost useless when I stop the car at a semaphore...

Have the A/C system diagnosed/repaired by a reputable shop - 26*C is not that hot. If the system is working properly, it is capable of keeping the interior of the car cool with the vehicle stationary and the engine idling with the outside temperatures approaching 40*C.
I changed radiator, condenser, AC compressor, expanding valve all in October 2024, I had the gas pressure checked various times since then but the air is not so cold inside the car. Especially when the engine is idling, it won't work properly.
