When I was about to the an oil change, I saw this tear on some sort of hose or tube. Can somebody help me identify what this is?

Someone else might know better than me but I think it’s the high pressure fuel line to the injectors, although it might be a vacuum line.

The damage looks like it has been caused by a mouse or rat chewing the hose, either way it needs replacing and a way of discouraging the rodent in case of future attacks.
