Gen 3 rear ABS Sensor wires clips

2016 car with ABS, the sensor wires from the rear ABS sensors are clipped to the rear radius arms. The arms have M6 threaded holes and an M6 bolt holds on each cable clip to the radius arm. The clips come attached to the sensor wires. I need a total of say 6. They are not available from Suzuki on their own.

I just used plastic cable ties and it passed the MOT with no advisories last week but I would like to put on clips on each existing M6 bolt as a "proper job".

I'm worried that if I made up metal tabs, they may dig into the ABS sensor wires. I was thinking of say 15 mm wide rubber strips with a 6mm hole in each end to fix the cables to the radius arms, has anyone a better suggestion.

You can get metal clips with rubber isolation built in off amazon for pence or indeed full plastic ones too just search P clips.
