Hey everyone, ony new here and new to Jimnys, I own a 2024 XL Jimny. Question I have is, can I fit 235/75r15 KO2 tyres to my stock 15" jimny rims? i also have an Ironman 2" lift and front bar.

Technically a 235/75 should be on a 6.0” wide rim as a minimum. The Jimny rims are 5.5”. However, the tyre will physically fit. Depending on laws in your country this may or may not be an issue.
Other than that. Yes it should fit as far as I know.

With 50mm lift and the bumper, you shouldn't experience any rubbing issues. I have run 235/75R15 for 90000km on the stock rims without any issues.
Note that 235's affect your fuel consumption and performance severely. I ended up fitting crawler gears to help with performance. The gears didn't improve fuel consumption though.
