Low tyre pressure warning

In cold weather my Gen 4 (2020) displays 'Low Tyre Pressure Warning'. The tyre pressures are all correct (26 psi) and the warning continues for days untill outside temp rises to approx +8 celsius. This is an irritation rather than a serious problem but what is the reason and how can it be rectified?

Mine did it again this morning. The pressures drop in the cold weather. (The PV=nRT thing you learned about in Physics)

The little map showed the flashing one was 23psi, as were two others, and the 4th 24. (I've set the pressures to "comfort" in the TPMS menu)
I assume that the flashing one was just 23 and the non-flashing were nearly 24.

Anyway, the solution is to blow them up a bit!
And if you haven't done it already, set the TPMS to "comfort" mode, then you will have a couple more psi to play with- I assume "comfort" makes the warning threshold <24psi, and "back breaker" makes it 26psi.

Alternatively, you could look at one of those TPMS fooler devices that makes them all read fine. (I will probably get one when the batteries start failing in my sensors)

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there :)
