Removing standard seat covers

Hi,
Does anyone have any experience with removing the standard front seat covers/fabric on a 2005 Jimny?
I have some heated seats "pads" that I'm planning to install. I'm guessing/hoping that the seat covers are held on with some kind of clips and they are not too difficult to remove.
I don't know whether the seats need to be removed from the car to remove the fabric covers.
Any advice much appreciated.
Thanks
LeeĀ

I have not taken the covers off but the seats are easy enough to remove and take apart. I wouldn't have any patience trying it with the seats still in the car.

Thanks, Lambert. I took a look and I think I can see where the fabric has a fitting that seems to hook over a bar under the seat near the front, where you have lever for sliding the seat backwards and forwards.
I'll take more of a look later in the week.
