Hello all!

We have some wormdrive tyres in this size, 30.9.5 15,

Question is, do they fit a 2 inch lifted jimny 2011 with off set wheels?

Cannot seem to get a decent answer

Not without some rubbing/trimming. And the gearing is going to be in need of correction too.

First I would say are the tyres really standing 30" tall
You would have better chance of no rubbing with a ET0 wheel
Like Lambert says gearing will suffer
