I cut the shape of the passenger side one out in a piece of cardboard and got a welder to weld a thick piece of sheet steel cut to that shape alongside the original welding it to the chassis and where the sheet and the original met all the way round to beef up that original.
It cost buttons and works brill. You can't do the same on the other side as there is not room with the steering box bolts in the way.
At least you have one good one though.
