Did you get this sorted? My O2 fuse box is different to that shown above i.e. 4 in the lower diagram is A/C which I do not have - therefore no fuse although my fogs do not work and I've checked the bulbs and wiring as far as i can see.

I don't know if this is correct for your year, but the wiring diagram shows a fog light relay which has to detect that the headlights are on before it will turn the fog lights on.
