Yes but too late as I said in my last post and I asked the FORUM of which you are a member!!
Anyway, today I got round to unpackaging the battery I ordered. I have been delayed as the wife broke her collarbone and we had to take her to the hospital where she still is at this time. Anyway I have found that when I took the terminal caps off,, which are SAE size, found that the terminals are JIS. The bits to fit to use SAE clamps were in the caps. So win win. And the battery is exactly the same size as the one it is replacing, Thanks Jim for the recommendation.

I'm very sorry to have failed my duty as a volunteer member of this forum to provide you with instantaneous and flawless advice on every aspect of your Jimny ownership experience.
If you look back at Jim's original post recommending the Yuasa battery you ordered he mentions the terminal adapters being fitted, so I'm still not sure where all the confusion about terminal sizes came from!
Anyway, I'm pleased you've got it sorted and I wish your wife a speedy recovery.

I am sorry for this turning into a slanging match which was started by you with what I regard as sarcastic comments. They were unnecessary and certainly unhelpful. But of course I see from your title you consider yourself as a GOD so perhaps that explains your behaviour.

Pack it in! This is a friendly forum and not the place for starting flame wars. Be warned.
