I've never had a problem sourcing Jimny batteries. If I ring my local auto factors and ask for a battery for my car, they supply one that fits and has the right size terminals with no issues. Searching online it is also easy to source the correct battery type. If you're struggling you're either asking the wrong people or asking the right people the wrong question.
Busta I invited you and all the other forum members to help me find a supplier of a battery that sell batteries to fit the Jimny that had the JIS size terminals as my search was proving fruitless. As soon as the cars full details were being entered the batteries suddenly were shown to not fit this car. I even did a search for "Car batteries with JIS terminals " on Google and had no success. As nobody replied to my particular needs I decided to buy a battery a member had bought for his Jimny and was satisfied that it was a good choice. It means I have to replace the terminals on the cables though which I was wanting to avoid. NOW you are telling me these batteries are easy to find! Bit late for me but please advise me from where so that I might buy that and use the one I have just bought on another car.
