Wind Deflectors? was created by Adamski
Im after some wind deflectors and can see that there are 2 types, Stick on and the type that push in the window channel (friction fit i guess).

Can anyone suggest which type I should go for?

No idea really Adam, I considered getting some a long time ago for a different vehicle, I was wary of the stick-on ones falling off on a hot day or something - though I'm not sure if that's a valid reason to worry or not

I have some on my Merc.
They just push in the slot and there is a small double sided sticky pad at the rear end.
I haven't used the sticky pad and they don't need it.
Obviously, I don't off road in the car.
They were only approx £25 from that well known auction site.

hth

There was one fitted on my Jimny when I got it, slotted into the channel, all the way along I think, caught it on a branch on an orienteering event, now I have none! Was pretty strong stuff though, but it was a big branch.

On the 8th Day God made the LandRover -
On the 9th day he swapped it for a Jimny.

I'd opt for the channel efforts, my brother had some on his vitara. I'm getting some soon, particularly for wet weather, the heaters don't seem to keep up with the demisting duties when its really wet.

Black Jimny's don't get stuck!

The company I got mine from for the Merc also have them for a three door Jimny on that famous site.

Item number is: 370458014423

Sorry if this breaks any rules, I don't mean to.

I had stick on ones on my V6 Shogun and I went through bushes and trees on a regular basis with no problems.

Sometimes I got a bit too close to the trees :-) (see pic).

Don't think there are any rules about eBay on here (not that have ever been observed anyway  )
