I have never taken a door card off a Jimny door before but have done many other cars before and most recently had the front glass out of my Mrs' BMW without issue.
Essentially you need to get the door card of without breaking (too many) plastic clips that are likely to hold it on and I bought plastic non marring trim removal levers for this.
Then you'll likely need the window half way down to be able to get to the gubbins that holds the glass to the regulator and find out how the glass is held to it. It likely sits in a channel on the regulator and has holes though it near the bottom that the regulator bolts through with nylon bushings to not damage the glass.
Undoing the bolts will release the glass from the regulator and it will side out at an angle from the window it's self.
That's the rough idea considering I've never looked at a Jimny front window removal.
