After speaking to Peter in a bit more depth, we think the problem on his vehicle may lie elsewhere... and we need to check out a couple of other parts to be sure of what is causing his vibration and noise...

All of our boxes come with a 1 year guarantee against mechanical defects... and in all the years we have been building them, we have only had 1 failure, and that was one of the very early prototype gear sets... There are many other companies that will slate other companies boxes just to boost there sales...
Our bushes are not nylon, they are polyurethane, and when fitted in the correct order, there is no contact between the bolt and the chassis, so it is impossible for the bolt to transmit noise direct.
