The new Cobra is roughly the same size as a Warn 8274.
I have a 8274 fitted, but it does require some modifications to the front end to make room for it.
You need to cut away the crossmember of the body that holds the wings together. Else the winch wil sit pretty far out front. It would be much easier to install the Viper winch. It has the same specs as the Cobra, but is a low mount winch.

I saw your car.. but better pics closer up also under the hood would be great... The Viper is very wide and then I had to remove the fasteing point for the bullbar.. and that would be more difficult to fix..

I've welded some 1½" tubing between the front wings up close to the radiator, instead of the original crossmember. That way there's room for the 8274 winch
I'll see if I can find some better pics
Are you sure the Viper is wider than a standard 9500lbs low mount winch ? I know it look pretty wide, but is it really?
