Quickest and cheapest is replace rear muffler with a straight through or hotdog style muffler.
If you actually want some performance increase, go for 4-2-1 into 2" headers with 100 cpsi cat and straight-through exhaust. This is mine
Click on the white arrow in orange circle >
1.46 to 2.00 is up through the gears
The headers increase flow and lessen back-pressure, the 100cpsi cat replaces the standard 400cpsi cat for much improved flow through, the 2" pipes are about right for Jimny and straight-through rear muffler is quiet enough not to attract coppers but gives a satisfying growl and grumble as you back-off through the gears.
I replaced with the above for under $500 fitted.

If you want more growl, get a bigger engine, V8 perhaps
A 1.3 will never be a growler. More like a sewing machine on steroids
