From reading this post and due to the language difficulty. Now I may be wrong, but do you expect the hubs to "clack-clack" all the time you are in 4wd or just when you first engage it?

Excuse me for my language difficulty  , but I am a French boarder and my english is very bad

To answer to your question, the "clack-clack" is for the first engage. :)

But today, I remove the right hub and beurk  ... I find water and dust

Facade said: Check the wheel bearings.
If the bearing is worn there will be a vacuum leak that stops the hub releasing.

I think it is my bearing lip seal wich it 's dead

I am sorry. I didn't mean to be offensive. Just wanted to clear it up because you was not very clear about when the clack sound sounded. Luckily I have not had the problem.
Hope you get it sorted.

Good for you. That is the way to learn. Have you tried jacking one front wheel up and end engaging 4wd. Then see if that wheel turns. Then do the same with other wheel then push lever forward to disconnect 4wd and see if wheel turns freely then.
At least that way you will know for definite. "Clack -clack" or not.

I have jacking one front wheel and I have engaging the 4WD... But my wheel turns freely :-(

I define "Clack -clack" as the locking of each hub :-)
