4WD syst - no "CLACK CLACK" from my HUBS was created by Laminak
Hi all
I have a problem too with my 4WD system
I change all my caoutchouc vacuum hoses by silicon hoses.
One of pipe was blocked. I freed it (is it correct  ).
All my servo-valve are ok and I have no flashing light
My vacuum intake operates (jimny 2001)
But I have no "clack clack" from my hub     .
Do you think that I have leak in my vacuum pipes or my vacuum Hubs???
Perhaps , I have a leak on the lip-seal track from my hubs
lip-seal track from my hubs
I make a better picture later
What do you think about some ideas ???
Heeeeeelp

What do you think about some ideas ???
- increase the vacuum to compensate the leak
- invert the system and using pressure to close my hubs
- repair the track
Heeeeeelp

Its funny because my 4WD system works but I have never heard the hubs engage.

Make shore you have the pipes the right way round ie is it sucking them off instead of sucking them on

I use a vacuum pump tool to test my pipes to suck. But it is getting sucked off
But, when I use a pressure my hubs operate. The pressure is higher than the vacuum pressure and then make operate my hub  . It is for that I think I have a leak to my hubs
