got a couple of quotes for heads and full engines for my jimny a couple of them are 'reconditioned' ive head good and bad things about reconditioned engines/parts
what is everyones general opinion
can i go wrong with a reconditioned complete cylinder head? :dry:
Good and bad things about recon parts.
Good they usauly come with some kind warranty and its been recon.
Bad is sometimes that can just mean a coat of paint. And why have they been recon in the first place.
Theres just the same gamble if your buyin used parts.
