Hi!
My Jimny needs a new a/c compressor. I've asked in the Suzuki dealer where I buy all the replacements but they told me that they don't have it and they cannot get it.
I've searched on a buy/sell site and found two compressors, but they aren't specifically for the Jimny so I would like to know If any of them works on it.
What i've found is a Suzuki Swift 1.6 a/c compressor: Swift 1.6. Compressor
And this generic "Suzuki ss96 1A 118mm" : Suzuki ss96
Also i would like to know the model of the jimny compressor (mine is a 2000 G13BB Jimny)

I use a firm called
www.readerair.co.uk
they'll need a part number off the compressor. I've dealt with them for years, they can usually source brand new units at a very reasonable price.
I would run the a/c all year round it will help to prevent future failures.

Thanks! I will contact them later.
What I've found for now is:
The original compressor of the Jimny (according to my replacement parts dealer) is a "Seiko Seiki" which product code is: 95200-77GB1. I've found a compressor with this exactly number in the United Arab Emirates, in a spareparts dealer called " Gforceparts " and sent them an email asking for it, and if they make international shipping.
Also i've found another compressor (on a more trustworthy page) which says it's for the Jimny but the product code is: 95201-77GB2: 95201-77GB2 - SS07LK10 Compressor
I don't know :S
The good thing is that i've another vehicle for these days of summer, but I miss driving my Jimny!!!

Usually what you with all make cars is they use a standard make compressor as appose to making their own. Best bet get the compressormake. Part number and serial number and double check what refrigerant its on asif its a second hand compressor it may have come off something running R12 and your running R134a
