Indeed a new seal was fitted before the shaft was fitted because it looked very degraded

Most likely there is too much grease in the swivel housing.
Eventually the surplus will stop coming out.

Facade thats exactly what i thought, i wanted to get some information and advice from the more experienced before i took action and started tinckering.

You could undo the ring of 10mm headed bolts that hold these swivel seals on to have a look in them for yourself to see how much grease is in there and wipe any excess out. Don't wipe your kingpin bearings dry though, just any excess around the housing.
If you smell cats piss and the grease appears watery then the axle oil seal for the shaft has failed and diff oil is leaking, but you've had a new one of them so it should be ok. I'm not convinced you needed a new shaft though.
Perhaps have a go yourself in the future. We'll support and advise you and you have how to sections to help too.
