Are those rear inner wheel arch liners a standard factory fitment on every Jimny 4 or are they a special on-demand accessory?

P.S. Are you certain that you bought the correct parts?
Should not you have bought these two parts instead:

Inner wheel arch liners are standard on the front of both Gen3 and Gen4 Jimnys
NO rear wheel arch liners are fitted or available as standard on either the Gen3 or Gen4 in Europe.
Aftermarker providers may have a soluton

If Russia counts as in Europe, than you might be wrong:
Here is Suzuki OEM accessories catalogue for the Russian market:
market.suzuki-club.ru/catalogs/katalogi-...-new-jimny-2019.html
I have already provided two links to supposedly OEM inner rear wheel arch liners for Jimnys 4 in my previous post.
The question is - are those parts present in OEM catalogues for central and western European markets as well?

Google search of the part numbers only returns pages in russia.
If that 2,250.00 pyb is Rubles, that's only £22 a side. I'd be interested in a set for that plus shipping.

I think I'd be worried about trapping mud and moisture behind the liners. Maybe a good underseal and leaving it free to be hosed down would be better?

Not presented in OEM catalogues for central and western European markets. Our dealer in Bulgaria (same as in Greece) had no idea about them. Not available in Germany either. It seems it is existing only in Russia. I can ask in Russian Jimny club if they have more info on the topic

I have placed the new inner front liners on the top of the existing ones as the only partially cover the space. It was a perfect fit. Will post pics in the next few days
