i no 110w = about 10amps
running of to relays id use a 15amp fuse per relay
ohms law is the calulation you need to use watts divided by volts =amps
cable i use it once the outer sleve is taken off it just fits in the blue spade connectors dont no the thickness with out looking in my garage some where

28-.012 twin cable from battery to relay. then drop down to 14-.012 twin from relay to each lamp. 2 lamps per relay.
Fused at battery terminal end on live feed to relay so the whole instalation is f((used.
Again 1 live fused feed per relay.
Any probs give me a shout.
