Well, I finally got my t-case and skid plate installed! B)

And because there doesn't seem to be such thing as a photo of an ORA skid plate bolted on under a truck, I took one myself! Here it is for everyone who's wondering how it sits in there. :) Those two M8 bolts on the left were a pain to get in place and tighten up! :blink:

I also drilled two holes in it too, so the mud wouldn't build up on it badly. The other hole is right under the exhaust because I don't like the idea of having a chunk of peat smoldering on my skid plate, and the other one is just where the t-case drain plug is, so it's easy to change the oil without having to drop the skid off every time.

Hey Paul did you give in trying to get the two passenger side bolts in face up :laugh:

Fiddly aint the word - took me nearly an hour to get mine in :)

I tried to put them in the other way for a few minutes, but then I just had to give up! Too nerve wracking! :laugh:

How did you get the big holes through the 6mm plate? Did you punch it through?
