Seen a few guys now run these or are planning on, how do they fit, do you have to cut the floor to operate the winch,as the mount is welded to the underneath i think ? I know that you re route the exhaust,

Hi
Cant see the winch mount on there website if its like the one i made for my tool well in the back of my jimny then yes i cut the floor out welded the winch mout plate bettween the chassis rails the Sikaflexed the side of the well back to the plate

I have mounted mine on top of the chassis (upside down) and bolted the winch from above. By doing it this way you have to play around a bit with the winch

Oh i get you, the trays upside and also the winch ! Hmm thats food for thought,
Depends how big you winch is then aswell, would be quite usefull upside down easy to reach but then it would be quite visiable unless you have a low slimline winch ! Could always mount the electrics in the truck then
Got any more pics of urs and how youve done it ?
