Just been reading the "how to" on wheel arch trimming as my 215R15 muds are catching occasionally whilst turning, and the cars on a 3" suspension lift. There doesn't seem to be any mention of what you do with the wheel arch liners after you've cut the edge off the arch....do people just junk them? or is there a way to refit them even though they originally attached to the edge that you cut off??? Without the liner it looks like you will collect huge amounts of mud behind the wing, just by the door hinge. I've trimmed the bottom corners of the front arches so far to stop the rubbing but think it'll still be an issue when the axle is fully articulating off road. Anybody got any ways round this?

They were removed on my jimny when i got it, and yes the mud does build up by the door hinge.
I bought some, trimmed them and made them fit. Did the job!

I thought that would be the case. I've got the liners still in there at present so if i continue chopping them back i guess i'll just have to make them fit as you did.
