I cured my wobble!!! :D
-had change alreadry kingpin bearings, but it didnt help.
Then found this:
www.bigjimny.com/index.php?option=com_co...drive-train&Itemid=2
and this:
www.bigjimny.com/store/index.php/service...r-washers/p_136.html

So i made quick fix, and i but two copper washers to upper kingpins. No wobble anymore!
But dont thinkt that copper washers are good solution for longer time, so i will chance them to real shim plates, and do the work well.
Least i know where the broplem is, fixing should be simple now.

Hi Gents, after these two weeks driving, now i can describe the problem better now.

So the vibration builds up only when i change gear from 2-3 and 3-4. When the engine rev is in between 1.5k to 2k while i was speeding up, there will definitely be vibrations thru out the whole car. And the same vibration does not happen anytime else.

Also my jimny has idle vibration and Suzuki technical ppl said that, my engine mount is broken. So i was just wondering if the engine mount can cause the vibration that i described above?

Thanks everyone a lot!

The jimny does virate under load at low engine speed 1500-2000 rpm.
Any broken or soft engine/transmission mounts can only make it worse.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there :)

Check the mount under the back of the gearbox. These can cause the symptoms you describe and in bad cases a knocking noise to as the while engine and gearbox twists.
