while I was stripping my rear brakes earlier to get to the handbrake adjuster to try to get it too move, one of the slides very briefly came out of the slave cylinder.
It was only for a second and about a teaspoon of brake fluid came out, does this mean I now have to re-bleed my brakes? I've got the hand brake adjuster screw soaking at the moment in an attempt to free it up as it's seized solid and don't want to put it all back together until it's working.
Well that was pretty straight forward (once I got that stupid handbrake adjuster sorted!)
Got my self a one man bleed kit maybe the job very easy, had some oil to return anyway so even after I got a bleed kit and fluid I got a bit of money back!
I used dot 4 brake fluid as I was told it was the replacement for dot 3 as it says it needs in the manual. Is this right?

you are right about dot 3 & 4 but i use dot 5 or 5.1 cant remember but its not the silicone stuff
