Injector issue

Hi first time on here looking for a little help and or advice
Recently dropped a 1.6 16v Vit engine into the jimny running on the jimny injection system'
Engine starts and runs but as it warms up it starts to run rough im guessing due to it coming down off cold start and now with the increase capacity it has played havoc with the AFR and is now running to lean.
Reading up it seems green injectors are needed to correct this however looking on ebay there are plenty of 16 v vit injectors and fuel rails but the injectors on there are a yellow ish beigh colour so am a little confused what i should be using any advice would be appreciated

Not sure on the colour of injector you need but I'd think standard fit to any 1.6 vit would do.

A better alternative would be to get rhinoman to remap your ecu for the injectors you've got?

Or do both to get better top end as this can be an issue with running the bigger injectors on the standard jimny ECU. Last thing you want is AFR issues causing engine damage.

Ok so this is what ive learnt and hopefully may be of use to others
Whats needed is the infamous green Baleno injectors can i find any not a chance and even if i do dont seem to be sized ideally for the lower down touque for a 4x4
So option 2 Vitara 16valve injectors err no they wont fit the jimny manifold from what i am seeing as they are a totaly diffrent shaped unit.
So option 3 remap with standrd jimny injectors err no not big enough even by upping the duration time to its max.
So option 4 fit the Vitara inlet manifold injectors etc etc etc err no seems to be totally diffrent unit.
So i am think why not just whip the jimny manifold off and machine it out to fit Vitara injectors ahhhhh now we are on the rite track i think best of both worlds jimny manifold with the correct injectors and maybe no need for a remap AFR will tell me that.

Hi dave, there is a couple of people breaking balenos on ebay. i brought mine from a breakers off ebay for £37 complete with the fuel rail. they were off a 1997 model baleno. they are green with a stainless steel body which are longer but fit if you use the baleno fuel rail. but someone else on here had got some just green ones off a baleno and they were a straight swap. i can only presume from a newer model baleno.

Thankyou think i may have found what i needed from your photo have attached a photo of some Baleno injectors that i have been offered and they look the same a yours you really have filled in the missing link Dont know if you know what the part numbers are for yours but the ones ive been offered are
Denso 19550-2350 / Suzuki 15710-75D50.Have searched high and low on the web to cross ref them but absoluty nothing.
I know i wont get the fuel rail but sure i can do somthing to fit them to the jimny rail its only a pipe after all.
Did you have a remap after fitting yours ? have been speaking to rhinoman and says he can carry out that for me if required.
