They will be bigger because they are muds and becuase rmoulds always come up a bit bigger (apparently).
Out of interest do you do much road driving?
These are quite aggressive and will be quite noisey on the road and will not offer the same amount of grip as the duellers you currently have on.
If you are only doing occasional trips onto the farm then ATs may be better suited as it will give you a bit of a better off road on road balance.
Also maybe worth considering Kumho KL71 as although they are muds they are still quite good on the road and not remoulds (not that it really matters).
Bit more expensive than the ones you have in mind though (although not much).

General grabber at2 used to be the AT of choice but they don't make them any more. They do make a slightly less aggressive grabber AT but I have no experience of that. I went to 2 pay and plays with my Grabber AT2s and they performed nearly as well as J999PREs insa turbo saharas. I might have 5 of the old ones with only 10k on for sale soon. Just need to clean them.

I had some Grabber AT2s on my old Jimny, they were slightly bigger and caught the front mud flaps, they also slightly altered the speedo as well, fantastic grip.
Cooper and Wrangler make an AT which is also the Jimny standard size

For a stock Jimny I ran 215/75/15r Nankang Wide Conquerers
People will tell you dont trust such a brand but seriously I have had no dramas with them. They are an all terrain tyre cost a crap load less than BFG or COOPERS and have a nice aggressice pattern but still quiet on the highway.
I paid 160 a tyre fitted here in Australia.
People say dont trust these types of brands but seriously no dramas...
