need help with a problem was created by FIRSTJIMNY
Actually a couple of problems.
First, the little spring/s in my right rear wheel keep breaking. When they do it releases the brake pads and stops the Jimny dead in its tracks.
Is there some known reason this continues to happen?
2nd and please forgive me as I don't know the correct names of everything. Can the driveshaft yoke wear to the point that it can slip inside itself?
Thanks for your help.

I am presuming you haes and drums on the rear, not pads. Do you have the springs in the correct position?
You don't say which driveshaft you mean. There are 4 drive-shafts and 3 propeller shafts.
