Right, Mate came around last night, and we checked the ANPR in his car with the Jimny's Towbar.
From all angles, and up to 100 meters away, he was able to hit the Reg Plate and get the plate no problem.
He did tell me though that they are fitting some cars now with ANPR fitted in the rear bumper, so maybe its only a matter of time.
I guess though its a hit /miss thing ... if were stopped, Ill just claim "opps", "forgot to remove it, thankyou officer for telling me", or "its stuck, im off home to get a big hammer to remove it", and take my chances.
