I've searched the forum but I've been unable to find any info on this ... maybe it's not possible! Has anyone replaced the rear drum brakes with Discs? or should I be asking is this possible - if so what else would need to be changed?

One of the things im starting to gather parts for.....will be easier to clean and always work well unlike the rubbish drums
