Hi all was out to day and when i tryed my winch the box i mounted under the bonet with the solinods was HOT is this normal because of the engine same will the wires

can't say ive ever checked if the solenoids are hot but im sure they should not get realy hot

possibly a bad connection , shouldn't get hot maybe warm with heavy use

no was out to day and it was a hot day to so ever thing under the hood was going to be hot with the engine etc
the solinods where not hot the boxs was lol and wires is this down to the engine :-(
