4x4\'s are like Visa they can take you where ever u want to go
I just bought a Suzuki Jimny:laugh: with intentions to take this baby off road regular :woohoo: its still fully standard right now but i would like to buy some 15x31x10.5 Mudzillas rims and tires a 2inch body lift and 2 inch suspension lift
My question is is this to much for the Jimny's 1300cc engine?
If so what would be ideal tires sizes?
And or height for such a vehicle?
I have an entire family into car racing so there may be a GT Turbo Starlet engine actually 2 laying around can i do a serious transplant?
And what would i need to make it happen?
My 5 questions for now any and all help appreciated thank you

The lift you are planning means the tyres will fit. But you should look at doing Castor correction as well if it going to be used on the road at all as the steering will be poor with that lift.
The engine will cope but the gearing will be wrong. With 31 inch tyres a lower transfer box ratio would mean it performs better, keeps the engine happier and gives engine braking down hills. It would also preserve your clutch.
"TrialJimny" does replacement gearsets or an SJ Rocklobster box can be fitted.
The driveshafts and CVs joints need looking after - 31 inch tyres will make it easier to break them!
Send me some pictures and I will put them on the website.

You said i will need castor correction how do i go about getting this done and exactly what is it, do u mean like a wheel alignment?

This sounds like a big build!
Castor correction brings the wheels back into correct vertical alignment with the road. Its the way that the wheels self centre after you have turned a corner.
As you lift the Jimny the axle moves slightly and the correction bushes/arms push it back into place.
