water in ventillation system was created by viciouspenguin
has anyone else had the same problem?

I seem to be getting water, presumably via the heater, into the ventillation system. when the air selector is set to the windscreen water comes out the vent, along with a lot of steam, and splashes onto the windscreen.

it comes out the other vents when the selector is moved. where do the heater matrix pipes come into the cab?

is that what that was in your video
havent seen that before but would lead me to think there is a split in the heater pipes an its "spraying" into the vent system
the pipes come from the engine bay right behind the engine into the matrix behind the centre console/radio housing

Can't you block off the heater pipes where they leave the engine,, this would confirm the problem.
