could be input shaft bearing has eny one had one fail on the gear box or is it a common nosie eny one got a how to for doing the job not that load see only relly her it in the garage

If it was a gearbox bearing you would hear it whilst driving along the road, can you ????

If you can only hear it when stationary and it disappears when the clutch pedal is depressed then it s most Likely your clutch release bearing.

Spray brake cleaner on it to give it a clean then spray a bit of wd40 on it, dot get the wd on the clutch plate though.

See how you get on.....failing that youll have to put up with it or replace it mate.

can not here it on the road so give it a wash and leave it as it is for now hay if it aint broke dont fix it haha B)

Yes. Try giving it a wash out with brake cleaner and then spray it with WD40
