Has any one taken there front seat belt out it just I got bucket seats and harness in my truck and didn't now if I could take them out because of the air bag wire
There are new MOT rules coming out soon which means that all the orginal safety equipment from the factory needs to be present and working correctly with no lights on the dash being on but they must come on with the ignition so you can't take the bulb out either.
Your seatbelt pretensioner is part of this, so you will need the original seatbelt in the car and usable with nothing stopping it and the airbag working in perfect harmony.
So you will need to retain it. Otherwise it will fail.
