hi, i was just wondering if a m13a engine from a ignis 2002 would be a direct replacement for my jimny 2000 model.

if not does any one know what is involved in swapping them.

any help much appreciated

I'd look closer towards the 04 and newer wagon r+, they are frickin mean little engines. I hear the Baleno works, but never heard anything about the ignis. Sorry! When I don't know the answer to a car question I like to burn a Renault in the back yard, I don't learn anything from it, I just like to watch them burn.

i have seen a 1.5 sport ignis engine 4grip one in a jimny bolted on to jimny gearbox but you would have to have all the wireing ecu etc lol lol
