see where the heater vents are above the stereo, on the centre console, to the right there is 3 swithces, top one is rear window demist, middle is rear wiper and bottom is rear wipers wash
Mine (2003 JLX) has it on the end of the righthand stalk. Turn the knob at the end.

Ok - end of the left stalk then and this time I looked rather than guessing. Quite clearly marked "REAR" on mine.
