As in spring spacers?
Its simple, support one side and put the jack under the other. Undo the shock mount and let the jack down slowly as your brakeline will be maxed out. The spring should drop out or at least be near to it.
Remove the old rubbers at the top and give the seat a good clean, put the new one in place and put the spring back in. Jack it up so its just supported and make sure the spring is in the correct position. Jack right up(you may need a block to get a bit extra height) and replace the shock bolt - the hardest part if you're not fitting the shock spacers. I had to fight like hell to get mine to extend by hand enough to get the bolt in.

Before doing anything, spray all the bolts with the famous penetrating fluid! I did mine for a few days before.

I've not got extended lines yet as i've still got my ARB in place so that limits front articulation.

Black Jimny's don't get stuck!
