Can anyone confirm the full specs of a Jimny Wheel Stud ?
So far I have been able to deduce they are M12 x 1.25 .. But need to know the length. Does anyone know the standard length / spline diameter ?

Standard Jimny studs M12 x 1.25 x 30mm
Longer SJ Studs M12 x 1.25 x 38mm
There are some longer ones still (for Vitaras with alloys??)
M12 x 1.25 x 40mm
Go for the longest you can get as it gives you more options later for wheels/disks

See item HUB185 -
www.trailertek.com/acatalog/Wheel_Studs_and_Nuts.html#aHUB218
The splines at 12.85 look slightly wider than I measure on mine (12.2) but that might be down to age/wear on my stud.
At £1 each it looks worth a punt

Wow Martin, that's brilliant ... I know Trailer-trek too ... just up the road from me too. Might get a stud out and take a trip up. As you say, at £1 each .... they are worth a Punt ... Might just change all my wheel studs for nice new ones with Nuts

right, been tp see Mr Trailer Trek, and a;lso spoke to a Few mates who work on Agricultural Equipment. Basically was disuaded from getting these from the previous link due to the fact there was no gaurantee that they were high tensile steel and made to an exacting standard.
This was backed up with tales of tractors sheering wheel studs when the incorrect studs were used.
Spoke to Suzuki and, although they donot keep any in stock, they have done a deal with me.. 10 studs (not sure of the length, but standard Jimny fitment .. £1.47 Plus Vat each - Result !!
