I questioned th guy too but he said if it ever happened again to phone him and gave me his direct line. A few weeks later we got one. I phoned the guy. He gave me a case number and told me if there was any damage whatsoever they would cover the costs.
I tried it, just about shot myself thru the roof, but it did work and I phoned him back. He told me they had been using this 'technique' for years, right back to the SJs. :laugh:
