If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

Surprises me :ohmy: must be cleverer than I thought: certainly the RAV outside will go into 1 and pretty much lock the wheels at about 30mph, the rangerover would too, and it would do the same in low range (the RAV doesn't have a low range to try).
Can't say as I ever tried more than once tbh, 1 is for going down a steep slope from a standing start.
I like automatics, pity the jimny is manual.....
